Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

Company and Job Description:
The Golden Structures Employment and Maintenance Organization seeks to appoint a professional Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee activities related to management in commercial facilities. The candidate we are looking for will play a pivotal role in keeping our facilities organized and clean by coordinating and executing various management services.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the service schedule.
• Planning the schedules for employees' work and preparing them.
• Supervising employees while they perform their duties such as dusting, vacuuming floors, and cleaning restrooms.
• Encouraging the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Following health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Years of Experience: Two years of relevant experience.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Certifications: Preferably hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Language Skills: Arabic (Advanced).
• Core Skills: Management, Supervision, Health and Safety, Inventory Control.

Work Conditions: Six working days a week with two shifts (morning and evening).
