Administrative Assistant

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

A leading international company based in Riyadh is seeking a motivated and organized Saudi female Administrative Assistant to join its growing team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional international environment while supporting office administration, marketing activities, business events, exhibitions, and travel coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with local and international stakeholders and may occasionally travel within Saudi Arabia or internationally for business events, exhibitions, or training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
  • Organize business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, conferences, customer visits, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and promotional materials.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers, partners, and international teams.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
  • Support other administrative activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National (Female).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent Arabic and good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in office administration.
  • Experience coordinating events or exhibitions.
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Knowledge of social media or basic marketing activities is an advantage.
