(Registration in social insurance) Basic Requirements: - Seriousness of the applicant for the job. - Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. - Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong customer service skills and quick response to inquiries and calls. - High ability to organize and manage daily appointments accurately. - Professional communication skills and good interaction. - Readiness to start work immediately upon passing the interview. Job Responsibilities: - Organizing and managing the daily schedule efficiently. - Receiving customer inquiries and responding quickly and professionally. - Preparing and documenting meeting minutes and following up on decision implementation. - Managing and organizing contracts and administrative files and storing them systematically. - Supervising trainers' schedules and ensuring adherence to the operational plan. - Continuous coordination between management and the team to ensure smooth workflow. - Preparing periodic reports and accurately following up on daily tasks.
