We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, translate, and proofread internal and external correspondence in English and Arabic.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate between departments and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
