Job Opportunity | Executive Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant who has a high ability to learn, and excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.

Basic Requirements:

·         High learning speed and the ability to use new tools and systems

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic/English)

·         Excellent follow-up skills and full accountability

·         Ability to prepare and submit official requests to government and private entities according to specific requirements

·         Strong skills in research, documentation, and preparing comprehensive project files

·         Professional organization of electronic files and indexing

Work Type: Fully Remote

Working Hours: Flexible (evaluation based on performance)
