First: General Administrative Tasks

Organizing appointments and meetings and preparing their minutes.

Receiving visitors and calls and coordinating official correspondence.

Saving and updating files and administrative records periodically.

Preparing periodic reports and presentations for management.

Following up on purchases and office supplies.

Organizing travel and reservations for management or employees.

Second: Human Resources Tasks (HR Assistant)

Implementing recruitment procedures (advertising, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and sending job offers).

Preparing employee files and saving them both on paper and electronically according to company policies.

Monitoring attendance, departures, vacations, and delays.

Contributing to the preparation of payroll and ensuring its accuracy.

Assisting in end-of-service and liquidation procedures.

Updating the human resources database and ensuring its compatibility with labor regulations.

Participating in organizing training courses and development programs.

Coordinating annual performance evaluation processes and following up on the implementation of recommendations.

Third: Additional Coordination Tasks

Connecting upper management with other departments.

Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies.

Contributing to creating an organized and supportive work environment for employees.
