We invite you to apply for the position of Executive Chef Baker to lead and develop our bakery operations in a professional hospitality environment.

Role Overview:
As the Executive Chef Baker, you will oversee all bakery production and ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation. You will lead the bakery team and develop new recipes while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily bakery operations
  • Develop and innovate products including bread, viennoiserie, and pastries
  • Ensure product quality and consistency
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Train and develop team members

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef Baker or Senior Bakery Chef
  • Strong knowledge of artisan baking, fermentation, and pastry techniques
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in high-volume or hospitality environments
  • Creativity and attention to detail
