Join Hilton as a Baker
As a Baker at Hilton, you will play an essential role in operating the bakery section of the kitchen, providing guests and members with high-quality baked goods while supporting daily production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the bakery section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, pastries, and other products.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in all baked offerings.
  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product presentation.
  • Support daily production and mise en place preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section.
  • Handle storage and management of ingredients and baked goods properly.
  • Implement food cost controls and minimize waste.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker or Baker Chef de Partie.
  • Experience in high-volume bakery production.
  • Knowledge of bread making and baking techniques.
  • Ability to produce a variety of bakery items with consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Current and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required).
  • Positive attitude with good communication skills.
  • Dedicated to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and planning skills.

Additional Skills:
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and evenings.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
