About the Job
This role as a Business Analyst is crucial at Innosoft SA, aimed at applying your knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to determine problems and identify needs, ensuring alignment with business and project objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing and new systems to assess business needs and identify the scope of problems.
• Gather requirements from clients for creating business requirement documents for new projects or services.
• Conduct workshops to elicit both functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as business requirements documents (BRD) and system requirements specification (SRS).
• Update BRD and ensure it reflects the latest changes post comments from clients or project managers.
• Create modeling diagrams to illustrate business workflows.
• Oversee implementation of system configurations.
• Verify outputs from the development team prior to client submission.
• Coordinate with clients to document their feedback on the system.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager / management.
• Discuss problems with the technical team and recommend necessary technological solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in software programs and a strong teamwork, problem-solving, communication skills.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, BRD, functional specifications & UAT documentation
✅ Liaise with diverse stakeholders, development teams & vendors to deliver business-critical solutions
✅ Create system process workflows, use case models, and facilitate user acceptance testing
✅ Work on integration systems, payment modules, digital channels, and reporting systems
✅ Utilize prototyping tools and document process improvements and technical workflows
✅ Maintain strong alignment between operations, IT, and business teams
✅ Stay current with business strategy and support ongoing system enhancements

🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking
✔️ Hands-on with BRDs, FRDs, UAT plans, and workflow documentation
✔️ Experience in Agile & Waterfall environments
✔️ Familiarity with Core Banking Systems like T24, Islamic Banking and digital platforms (Mobile/Internet Banking)
✔️ Expertise in End to End banking application
✔️ Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔️ Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and solution design
