To develop and expand the company’s business by identifying new project opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers, and contributing to increasing contract volume and achieving sustainable growth for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuously search for new project opportunities in the construction sector (governmental and private).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and project management firms.
- Monitor tenders and announced projects and analyze their alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Coordinate with the technical department and technical office to prepare technical and financial proposals.
- Conduct market studies and analyze competitors and market trends.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and construction industry events.
- Negotiate with clients and participate in contract closing.
- Follow up with clients after contract award to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of business.
- Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, contract status, and progress rates.
- Contribute to developing business development plans and achieving defined sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural) or Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of the construction market, contracting methods, and tendering processes.
- Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
