Role Overview:
As a key player, you will utilize your expertise in flooring, interior design, or fit-out solutions to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within flooring, interior fit-out, and office solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies.
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams for seamless execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Saudi Arabia.
Background in flooring, interior designing, or fit-out projects.
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license – Mandatory.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of the Saudi construction/interior projects market.

Compensation:
Salary: 12,000 – 14,000 SAR (depending on experience).
