We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who can contribute to our commitment to customer acquisition and revenue growth, specifically for Crestron products. Crestron is a prestigious leader in control and automation systems for various sectors, including offices, hospitals, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy ensuring sales goals are met.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing end-user accounts while pursuing new prospects.
  • Perform a minimum of 10 customer visits per week and provide weekly feedback to the Regional Director.
  • Prepare action plans to identify and penetrate new markets.
  • Convert competitive business opportunities into Crestron solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV sales, particularly with Crestron products.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and contribute as part of a global team.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about technology.
