Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Executing, modifying, and canceling hotel and apartment reservations.

  • Following up on customer requests and ensuring reservations are completed correctly.

  • Handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordinating with service providers and travel companies as needed.

  • Updating customer and reservation data within the system.

  • Achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining service quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Saudi nationality.

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferably in tourism, management, or a related field).

  • Previous experience in customer service or reservations is an added advantage.

  • High communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in using computers and electronic systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

  • Good command of the English language is preferred.
