Call Center Agent – (Phone Support Only)
(Excellent Arabic and English)

Job Role
We are looking for female call center agents to handle all customer calls via phone only. Responsibilities include receiving bookings, entering them into the system, and guiding guests through check-in and check-out procedures — without any direct contact with guests.

Main Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
* Handle bookings: create, update, and cancel bookings in the reservation system.
* Provide guests with details about room types, prices, availability, and hotel policies.
* Guide guests through the self-check-in process and send instructions when necessary.
* Follow up with guests at checkout time to ensure a smooth departure process.
* Coordinate remotely with operations teams to update room status or special requests.
* Solve simple issues over the phone or escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer data.
Experience in call centers or customer service is a plus.
* Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
* Knowledge of computer basics and ability to use reservation systems.
* Polite phone manner and professional demeanor.
* Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.

Job Details
* Full-time position (work will be coordinated remotely and in-person)
* Phone support only — no direct interaction with guests.
* Shifts may include evenings or weekends.
* Incentives for achieving targets.
