A customer service representative (call center) is required to work with us, where they will respond to customer inquiries and solve their problems with high efficiency. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using computer programs and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities include: receiving phone calls, recording customer requests and scheduling appointments in the system, following up on complaints until resolved, and providing basic technical support to customers.
10 working hours - 6 days a week.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
