We are looking for a customer service representative in the call center and reception department to join our team at the beauty clinics, with the aim of providing an exceptional experience for clients through responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing the necessary support in a professional manner that reflects the quality of the clinic's services.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in beauty clinics or the healthcare sector.
The ability to handle work pressure and multiple calls at the same time.
Welcoming and greeting customers in a professional manner.
Accurate data entry and opening of medical files.
Proficient in using computers.
Neat and professional appearance.
