We are looking for a customer service representative to work in the call center to provide support and assistance to customers via phone and various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, entering data into the system, and providing information about products and services in a professional and helpful manner. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, patience in dealing with customers, and intermediate English language skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the required quality standards.
Requirements

- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
