We are looking for a customer service representative to work in the call center to provide support and assistance to customers via phone and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, solving problems, processing requests, and providing accurate information about the medical staff and services in a professional and courteous manner. Experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems are required.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
