• Language Skill: English B1 - C1.
• Strong customer service and support skills.
• Expertise in customer satisfaction and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Full availability for all shifts (24/7).
