Call Center Agent

We are looking for female call center employees to work in a logistics service company in Riyadh, Shubra neighborhood, exit 25. The main tasks will be answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and organizing booking appointments. Applicants should have previous experience in customer service or working in a call center.
Job requirements: Evening shift from 1 PM to 9 PM
Previous experience in call center or customer service.
Housing should be near the Shubra neighborhood in Riyadh.
Proficiency in using Excel and Word.
Ability to deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Commitment to schedules and working in a female-oriented environment.
Availability of good communication skills and ability to handle phone calls efficiently.
Job requirements:
Previous experience in call center or customer service.
A specific educational qualification is not required, but practical experience is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
