Customer Call Center - Muxar Company for Audio Systems

📍 Location: Riyadh – Al-Shafa district

🕓 Position: Call Center / Customer Service / Following up and responding to customers on social media platforms

We are looking for a cooperative and professional employee to join our customer service team at Muxar Company for Audio Systems.

The responsibilities include:

Responding to customers and their inquiries.

Managing customer messages across platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat.

Coordinating with other departments and providing a distinguished customer experience.

Requirements:

Fluency in the Saudi dialect and dealing with customers in a polite manner.

Previous experience in the same field is preferred.

Seriousness, commitment, and good time management skills.

Ability to use social media platforms.
