Call Center Agent

*The applicant must be fully available for work and not be a student at any educational stage*

•Working hours: from 5 PM to 1 AM (8 hours daily).

‏•Vacation: two days a week.

‏Job Responsibilities:

‏1.Receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries and solving their problems.

‏2.Responding to customers via WhatsApp and dealing with their inquiries effectively.

‏3.Submitting daily reports to management on work progress.

‏4.Following up on orders and ensuring they are executed as required.

‏•Ability to handle customers and solve problems efficiently.

‏•Proficiency in using computers and communication programs.

‏•Commitment to evening working hours.

Customer Service Representative required to work with us who has excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and has the ability to deal with customers professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to work on a shift basis and have previous experience in the field of customer service.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries professionally

• Solving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions efficiently and quickly

• Knowledge in the field of social communication

• Documenting all calls and transactions in the company's system

• Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of quality of service

• Following up with customers to ensure complaints are resolved

• Contributing to improving the customer experience and enhancing their satisfaction with the provided service
