Customer Service Representative required to work with us who has excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and has the ability to deal with customers professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to work on a shift basis and have previous experience in the field of customer service.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries professionally
• Solving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions efficiently and quickly
• Knowledge in the field of social communication
• Documenting all calls and transactions in the company's system
• Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of quality of service
• Following up with customers to ensure complaints are resolved
• Contributing to improving the customer experience and enhancing their satisfaction with the provided service
