Join DSV as a Customer Service Agent!
As a key member of our team in Riyadh, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service standards through operational excellence in freight operations. DSV is a global leader in transport and logistics, dedicated to providing top-quality services to our clients.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best in class customer service to all DSV customers.
  • Interact with customers and vendors to establish DSV SOPs and keep customers informed of arrival times, delays, or transit issues.
  • Ensure all communications are professional and timely for both internal and external correspondence.
  • Update tracking sheets with freight status and communicate with customers daily.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and manage export rates.
  • Create jobs for all export shipments and provide regular updates to the Line Manager.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in freight operations.

Skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
