We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry employee to join our HR department at Ninja. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining employee records and data accurately in our system. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you will review data for errors, ensuring that all information is complete, while also maintaining confidentiality of employee records.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee records in the HR system.
  • Review data for errors and ensure completeness.
  • Support daily administrative tasks related to employee data.
  • Organize information and ensure records are updated in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong Excel skills (most tasks will be Excel-based).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • General computer skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar field is preferred.
