Job Description:

Responsible for planning, executing, and managing the digital marketing campaigns for the factory, aiming to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and boost sales through various electronic channels.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the factory's accounts on social media platforms (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
• Create and publish marketing content (images, videos, designs) that reflects the quality of the factory's products
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads – Meta Ads) and improve their results
• Respond to customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports (reach rates – engagement – conversion)
• Optimize the website or electronic pages for search engines (SEO)
• Coordinate with the production and sales team to effectively market products and services
• Monitor competitors and suggest new marketing ideas
• Manage customer databases and launch marketing campaigns via WhatsApp or email



Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in digital marketing (preferably in contracting or manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign management
• Skills in using design tools (such as Canva or Photoshop)
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics
• High communication skills and ability to persuade
