A real estate financing consultant is required with extensive experience in selling the real estate finance product to work in Al-Rimal neighborhood east of Riyadh
Salaries up to 8000 Riyals depending on experience, in addition to generous commissions
- Assisting potential clients in meeting their needs and budget with the suitable property
- Tasks and responsibilities:
Conducting initial financing calculations to help clients understand their purchasing power based on the latest available financing rates
Ensuring that applications comply with bank requirements and following up on any modifications or additional documents that may be requested by financing entities
Required qualifications and experience:
Experience of no less than 35 years in the field of real estate financing or real estate sales
Extensive knowledge of real estate financing policies at banks and updated financing ratios
Ability to analyze financing offers and conduct initial financing calculations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using computers and sales and property management programs
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
