About the Role:
You will act as a key partner to the CFO, assisting in fundraising for upcoming debt and equity rounds, preparing for the IPO, conducting financial data analysis, and preparing materials for board meetings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term financial models and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct valuations and sensitivity analyses of Noon’s key business lines.
• Analyze variances between actual performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports including KPIs, variance analysis, and trends.
• Build dashboards and reports for management, investors, and banks.
• Prepare and maintain pitchbooks for investors.
• Manage investor roadshows, lead follow-up, and maintain investor relations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Valuation services.
• Advanced Excel model building and large dataset experience; knowledge of Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating dynamic pitchbooks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a creative startup environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Oversee the accurate and systematic recording of all financial transactions and expenses.
• Prepare the annual operational budget and monitor variances with corrective actions.

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo).
• In-depth understanding of the project lifecycle in the contracting industry.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial and tax regulations.
