As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in organizing and directing a team to develop top-quality food & beverage products accompanied by prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both short and long-term planning for food & beverage operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service while exceeding financial goals.
  • Oversee all food & beverage operations in the hotel, including restaurants and catering.
  • Coach, train, and manage employees within the hotel's organization.
  • Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality and guest service.
  • Contribute to the overall profitability of the hotel.
  • Implement local and national marketing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with business operations and legal regulations.
  • Develop and manage menus, promotions, and presentations to meet sales goals.

Qualifications:
- College or university degree
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East
- Proficient in computer skills with effective communication abilities in English.
