Working in a commercial institution involves performing all accounting tasks related to recording financial transactions, monitoring financial receivables, and preparing the necessary reports to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with the approved systems and policies of the institution.

Tasks and Responsibilities:


Accurate recording of daily entries and financial transactions in the accounting system.


Preparing budgets and monthly and annual reports.


Reviewing invoices and expenses and ensuring compliance with financial policies.


Monitoring accounts receivable and payable and ensuring the collection of dues on time.


Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and matching balances.


Assisting management in preparing financial plans and analytical reports.


Organizing and secure storage of financial documents and records.


Cooperating with the external auditor and providing required documents.


Complying with the accounting laws and regulations applicable within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



🧠 
Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.


Experience of no less than 2 to 5 years in accounting or auditing.


Proficiency in using accounting software such as (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP Systems).


Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).


Strong skills in report preparation and financial data analysis.
