About the Role
BÖWE is a leading architecture and design firm expanding its operations in Riyadh and is seeking a highly experienced Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
  • Ensure full compliance with ZATCA (Saudi Tax Authority) requirements including VAT, WHT, and other statutory filings.
  • Process and manage employee payroll, including salaries, deductions, benefits, and end-of-service calculations.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on client payments, ensuring timely collections and resolving outstanding receivables.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of financial integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience within Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations
  • Proven experience in Tax Compliance, Payroll Management, and Client Payment Collection
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team
