Supporting the company's operations administratively, visually, and market-wise through the design of graphic materials and presentations, coordinating documents, tables, and reports, and assisting management and the business development and production teams in preparing files, presentations, content, and correspondence necessary to attract clients and organize daily work.
The design and administrative support specialist is responsible for executing basic graphic designs, designing presentations and profiles, coordinating Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, preparing documents, letters, and reports, and assisting management and the sales team in organizing client data, opportunities, and offers, ensuring that the company appears professionally and organized in front of clients and entities.
Tasks and Responsibilities
First: Graphic Design
Second: Designing Presentations and Profiles
Third: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Tasks
Fourth: Administrative and Office Support
Fifth: Sales and Business Development Support
Sixth: Production and Content Support
Required Skills
Design Skills
- Proficiency in Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop.
- Preferably proficient in Illustrator or InDesign.
- Good visual sense and neat taste.
- Ability to design PDF presentations and profiles.
- Understanding the basics of visual identity.
- Knowledge of social media dimensions.
- Ability to visually format content clearly.
Office Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to format tables and reports.
- Ability to build organized templates.
- Good knowledge of RTL document formatting.
- Accuracy in spelling, arrangement, and formatting.
Administrative Skills
- Organizing files and folders.
- Following up on tasks and deadlines.
- Writing simple administrative letters and messages.
- Preparing brief reports.
- Dealing with emails.
- Prioritizing tasks.
- Saving and archiving documents.
