We’re seeking a Cluster Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction across three ultra-luxury 5-star resorts in Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to shape dining experiences at one of the world’s most ambitious hospitality developments.

The Role:
As Cluster Executive Chef, you will oversee culinary operations across multiple high-end properties, driving consistency, innovation, and excellence. You’ll lead diverse teams, develop elevated menus using local and seasonal ingredients, and ensure flawless execution across all outlets. A hands-on, floor-present approach is essential.

What We're Looking For:

• Executive Chef experience in ultra-luxury 5-star resorts
• Proven GCC background – with an in-depth understanding of regional tastes, standards, and expectations
• Expertise in multi-property leadership or large-scale operations
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
• Ability to mentor and inspire large, multicultural teams

Key Focus Areas:

• Culinary strategy, menu development, and brand-aligned innovation
• Quality control, hygiene, and consistent 5-star presentation standards
• Budget and cost efficiency across food, staffing, and procurement
• Collaboration with hotel leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Championing sustainability, waste reduction, and local sourcing
