Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oriental Chef to join our team at a 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic Oriental dishes for our guests to enjoy.

Job Responsibility:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Oriental dishes according to hotel recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Oriental Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oriental cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in preparing a variety of traditional Oriental dishes.
