Customer reception and encouraging the improvement of customer service and their satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints. - Responding to phone calls and emails. - Encouraging the implementation of hotel policies and procedures. - Presenting all the services we provide to the client. - Reviewing hotel prices and organizing invoices accordingly. - Working with the team and handling work pressure. Required conditions and skills: Proficiency in using a computer. Ability to face the public. Required languages for the job: Good English. Job type: Full-time. Salary range: 4,000 Saudi Riyals.
