Hotel Receptionist

Customer reception and encouraging the improvement of customer service and their satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints

- Responding to phone calls and emails

- Encouraging the implementation of hotel policies and procedures

- Presenting all the services we offer to the customer

- Reviewing hotel prices and organizing invoices accordingly

• - Working with the team and handling work pressure

Salary range: 4,000 Saudi Riyals

Basic requirements

Gender: For both genders

This job is available for: Saudi only

Minimum education level: High school or equivalent

Minimum experience level: Beginner level (Experience less than one year to 3 years)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests in a professional manner that reflects the hotel's distinguished image.

• Completing check-in and check-out procedures.

• Answering phone calls and inquiries and providing necessary information to guests.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and an exceptional stay experience.

• Following up on payments and invoices according to hotel procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least one year in the same field 

• Fluency in English 

• Neat appearance and strong communication skills.

• Familiarity with the Opera / Fidelio program is an additional advantage.

• Ability to work in shifts.
