Human Resources Clerk

A human resources employee is required to work in a prestigious company, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and holding a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or equivalent. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team and under pressure, with proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written. The main tasks include: • Managing recruitment and hiring processes completely • Following up on employee affairs and their files • Preparing and implementing training and development programs • Managing the payroll and benefits system • Applying human resources policies and procedures • Preparing regular reports related to human resources • Coordinating with various departments to meet their staffing needs • Contributing to the development and improvement of the work environment
