Join OpSec Security as a Human Resources Coordinator!

As a trusted partner to businesses and governments, Crane Authentication is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will be an essential part of a global HR team dedicated to supporting the GCC business in combating fraud and piracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Support recruitment processes, including vetting candidates, interviews, and issuing contracts.
  • Maintain employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
  • Assist with HR training programs and workshops.
  • Enter employee data into HRIS and coordinate new hire orientations.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate HR events and meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR roles.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and KSA labour law.
  • Understanding of Emiratisation and GCC employment law.
  • Proficiency in HR-specific software applications.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Working Hours and Conditions:

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Local driving license and independent transportation are a MUST.
