A Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating and implementing departmental activities and projects. You will provide essential clerical and office support to department management. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating projects and activities as assigned.
  • Maintaining communication with involved departments.
  • Routing incoming mail and packages.
  • Assisting internal and external guests with requests.
  • Writing correspondence on behalf of the department.
  • Maintaining a detailed filing system.
  • Ensuring the workplace is clean and organized.
  • Reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualities We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should exhibit a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high customer service levels both internally and externally. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, flexibility and teamwork are critical. It’s advantageous to have knowledge of the hospitality industry.
