Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Drive recruitment efforts, manage the talent acquisition process and create job offers.
  • Employee Relations: Advise and coach managers, handle employee issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Maintain employee records, prepare payroll instructions and handle queries.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee performance reviews, support compensation benchmarking and manage employee assessments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in HR
  • 5+ years in HR, with 2 years in management
  • Full understanding of KSA Labor Law
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
