HR Manager Required
Samertown Real Estate Development Company announces its need to appoint an HR Manager who will lead and develop the HR department in the company.
Main Tasks:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Supervising recruitment processes, employee affairs, and professional development.
  • Managing salaries and benefits, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Enhancing a positive work environment, and adhering to systems and regulations.
  • Providing administrative support to top management in making decisions related to HR.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience of no less than 5 years in the field of HR management.
  • Good knowledge of labor systems and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software (*, Jisr, Kayan).
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
