Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring that the company maintains a positive work environment, fosters employee engagement, and complies with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely and effective hiring of talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring effective communication between management and staff. Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to improve employee skills and performance. Support career development initiatives and leadership training.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback, appraisals, and goal-setting for all employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and company policies.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure that all HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • HR Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the company’s overall goals.
  • HR Systems & Administration: Manage and maintain HR databases and records.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (such as CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations, strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, proactive and results-oriented approach, and high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Preferably experience in an FMCG company within a manufacturing facility.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in OD and management roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills.
