We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to oversee various HR plans including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities:
  • Administering HR objectives and action plans to align with corporate policies and standards.
  • Setting a high performance culture while fostering a multinational work environment.
  • Developing HR processes such as employee handbooks, manuals, and reports.
  • Collaborating closely with operations teams to meet human resource management objectives.
  • Ensuring consistency in general HR tasks including exit interviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Working with the recruitment team to achieve Saudization targets.
  • Managing recruitment and interviewing processes for candidates at all levels.
  • Handling employee databases, payroll details, and compensation processes.
  • Enforcing effective Leave & Attendance Management.
  • Maintaining ERP-based HRIS records.
Requirements:
  • An MBA with excellent communication skills.
  • 510 years of HR management experience, including 23 years in KSA or GCC countries.
  • Proficient communication in English and Arabic.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality within the organization.
  • Capability to enforce efficient day-to-day operational HR processes.
  • Able to work under pressure to advance the organization to international HR standards.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably experience in an FMCG company within a manufacturing facility.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in OD and management roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills.
