Additionally, you will coordinate daily human resource operations and support employee relations and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Proficient in Employee Benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR certifications (*, SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
