Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical HR processes and functions. Your expertise will be key in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating personnel management. Additionally, you will coordinate daily human resource operations and support employee relations and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with company standards.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
  • Coordinate daily HR operations efficiently.
  • Act as a resource for employee relations and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proficient in Employee Benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certifications (*, SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
