Role Overview
We are seeking a Saudi HR Specialist to join our team and manage core human resources functions in full compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The role focuses on employee affairs, government platforms, recruitment support, and HR operations, requiring accuracy, organization, and strong hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Affairs
    • Manage employee records (contracts, renewals, terminations, leaves).
    • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and absences.
    • Handle resignations, disciplinary actions, and end-of-service procedures in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
    • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries.
  • Government Compliance & Platforms
    • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and MHRSD requirements.
    • Manage and update employee data on Qiwa.
    • Handle GOSI registrations and updates.
    • Monitor Nitaqat and Saudization status.
    • Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, or official reviews.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Support recruitment activities from job posting to hiring.
    • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
    • Prepare job offers and onboarding documents.
  • Policies & Procedures
    • Apply the approved company work regulations.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR procedures (SOPs).
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies.
  • Payroll Coordination
    • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and employee variables.
    • Coordinate payroll processing with the finance team.

Requirements
Saudi National (mandatory).
2–4 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
Strong practical knowledge of:
  • Saudi Labor Law
  • Qiwa
  • GOSI
  • Nitaqat
Proven experience in employee relations and HR operations.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organization.

Work Location, Attendance & Availability
Full-time, on-site position.
📍 Riyadh – Al-Masani District, opposite the New Bin Qasim Haraj.
This role is not suitable for remote or hybrid work.
Preferred availability: Immediate joining or within a maximum of one week from offer acceptance.
