Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources concepts and practices.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR management are required.

Skills:
Proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills at the required level.

Work Environment:
This role involves both administrative and fieldwork responsibilities. The work hours are 8 hours daily.
