Join Masiratna as a Human Resources Specialist!
As a member of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a supportive work environment for our employees. Your expertise will help us manage HR functions efficiently while supporting our objective of excellence in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Handle monthly payroll with high accuracy and strict confidentiality.
  • Manage medical and social insurance processes, including registration, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Manage annual leave balances in compliance with company policies.
  • Work efficiently on the Jisr HR System.
  • Process Iqama renewals and issue exit & re-entry visas through the Muqeem platform.
  • Renew contracts and work permits through the Qiwa platform.
  • Handle flight ticket bookings for employees when required.
  • Support employee relations management.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic and annual HR reports and evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational needs and Saudi labor regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bilingual: Arabic & English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, government platforms, and administrative procedures in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Jisr is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
