Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage and implement our HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and ensure effective personnel management. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Recruitment: Identifying and securing top talent.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Training: Developing and delivering training programs.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Managing payroll processes and ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources management.
  • Proficiency in planning and implementing HR policies.
  • Expertise in managing employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Demonstrated skills in personnel management and leadership.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or PHR are highly desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bilingual: Arabic & English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, government platforms, and administrative procedures in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Jisr is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
