- Training: Developing and delivering training programs.
- Performance Management: Overseeing employee evaluations and feedback.
- Payroll and Compliance: Managing payroll processes and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources management.
- Proficiency in planning and implementing HR policies.
- Expertise in managing employee benefits and compensation plans.
- Demonstrated skills in personnel management and leadership.
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or PHR are highly desirable.
