At Nahdi, we are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of every guest we serve. Our HR team is looking for a talented individual to manage various HR administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations across our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute HR administrative requests through coordination with stakeholders.
  • Handle personnel operations including employee complaints and requests.
  • Register new employees and manage documentation as per standards.
  • Support the termination process and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate new employees' onboarding processes effectively.
  • Manage all employee-related requests in collaboration with governmental affairs.
  • Participate in HR departmental projects to enhance clinic operations.
  • Implement payment processes accurately and timely to facilitate the department’s financial operations.

Work Environment:
- Indoors: 100%
- Working Days: 5
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related major or Diploma in HR.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
