We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Specialist to become part of our team. At رسوخ, we are committed to transforming high-end modern living and showcasing exceptional expertise in real estate development through our focus on design excellence, construction quality, and timely project delivery.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Review CVs and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with departments to complete hiring procedures.
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage renewals and terminations in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Organize and maintain confidential employee files.
  • Issue HR letters such as salary certificates and leave letters.
  • Collect monthly attendance, leave, and timesheet data.
  • Prepare payroll and coordinate with the Finance department for processing.
  • Monitor employees’ GOSI and medical insurance.
  • Utilize government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Ministry of HR, and municipality portals.
  • Support implementation of the annual performance evaluation system.
  • Oversee compliance with policies and disciplinary procedures as per regulations.
  • Ensure all company policies comply with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Keep up-to-date with announcements from the Ministry of Human Resources.
  • Work on updating the company’s organizational structure.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and the National Labor Portal.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: experience using HR systems such as Jisr.
